Planning and management of events centered on international conferences and symposiums
We fully support the planning, operation, application of various grants, support to sponsoring companies, and reception services for various academic conference events such as academic conference events, domestic/international conferences, and symposiums.
・This is my first time managing an international conference, and I don't know what to start with
・It's not big enough to ask a major management company, but we can't handle it ourselves
・I want to apply for a hosting grant, but I don't have time to prepare application documents
・Visa procedures for participants are required, but they cannot be requested from the university
・ACM and IEEE meetings must abide by their own rules
