About us

Kadinche was launched in 2008 by 2 engineers working on video processing at Sony Laboratories.

We are a Tokyo-based team aiming to advance humanity and contribute to society through technology development.
The 2020s are mainly exploring space-time and human expansion technology called XR.

Since it is a company with equity capital, there are no shareholders other than the founder, and it is a company founded on sales from customers.
We're not looking for a naughty expansion, and we want to leave a big impact with a small team.

Culture

The latest technology

Internally, the latest XR-related news is always shared through Slack, and if there is an interesting device or software, it is frequently procured from time to time and verified by actually running it. Also, since high-spec PCs are required to run XR devices, we have procured at least VR ready models for PCs used by employees. (for Windows)

Flat organization

Proposals and opinions can be conveyed to the CEO and CTO at any time, and improvements to the internal environment and procurement of equipment necessary for business are being carried out speedily every day. Also, if employees have any problems in proceeding with their work, they actively consult directly with the relevant members regardless of their position.

Easy for young people to grow

Since tasks are delegated according to individual skills, it is possible to aim for growth at your own pace without difficulty. Therefore, depending on the state of growth, it is an environment where it is possible to work on big jobs at an early stage regardless of position.

Excellent members

There are members who are actively studying technical areas they are interested in, as well as members who frequently post personal developments on X (formerly Twitter), and members who collectively publish knowledge gained through study on Qiita.

Diversity of members

Members with diverse backgrounds from outside the XR industry work on a daily basis. Therefore, we have a wide range of members with specialized knowledge. In addition to Japanese nationalities, employees from Vietnam, Indonesia, and the United States work there.

Health comes first

Employees take care of their health so that they do not interfere with their work. If they are sick or injured, there are many employees who take a break until they are completely healed and can do their best again at work.
